Set up and Services

We know your event is important and we will do everything we can to ensure things run smoothly.  We offer standard curbside delivery/pickup as well as the option for setup and take down.

All orders require a 25% deposit of total balance.  Full payment is due upon rental pickup or balance paid before delivery.

 

If customer needs to cancel the order and the event is 21 days or less the 25% deposit will be non-refundable.  

 

Rental agreement shall begin on the date of pickup or delivery and shall terminate after 48 hours OR the agreed upon return date.

 

LAST MINUTE CHANGES.  We are happy to accomodate last minute changes when possible. All changes are subject to availability.  Changes may include but are not limited to quantity, style and type of items that wish to be added or subtracted by customer that were not previously set by original invoice.  We can't quarantee changes can be made.  Additional fees or costs may be requested in order to make changes for customer.  If changes need to be made, please try to do so 14 calendar days or greater to give us time to try and accommodate customer.
